The evil Doctor Malignus, arch-enemy of Michelangelo's favorite superhero, Silver Sentry, is a bugged-out beetle-loving bad guy bent on one thing - burrowing his robo-bugs into the brains of innocent bystanders in order to bring about chaos, confusion and general malignant mayhem! With his cyber-controlled stinger missile launcher and robotic insect army, the bad doctor is out to bug us all!
