Wizard World Chicago 2005: Cosplayers

Part of the fun of a convention is seeing all of the fan costumes. Many are impressive both for the amount of work that went into them and for how well they turned. Others are simply impressively bad, but that can be entertaining as well. Here's a sampling of the cosplayers that were at Wizard World on Saturday. (By the way, please excuse me if some of the photos are a bit blurry, I guess next time I need a tripod.)

Star Wars

You can't have a comic convention without an Imperial army. There were plenty of Storm Troopers and Boba Fetts. Unfortunately I didn't get a photo of the Tie Pilot with the size 50 waist.

A great costume of Aura Sing

DC Characters

This is one of several well made Batman costumes.

Obviously, some were better than others. I'll spare you the sight of their well endowed cod pieces.

These two were about the only non-Batman DC characters I saw.

Marvel Characters

Movie Blade	Mystique	and the Scarlett Witch
Here's a whole group including Blink, Nightcrawler, Age of Apocalypse Sabertooth and a character I don't recognize.

Other Characters

Who you gonna call?	I have no idea who they are, but they put a lot of work into their costumes.
And my personal favorite, Raphael! (Not that I'm bias or anything.)
